Can I be accompanied during my treatment?

Yes, you may be accompanied in the treatment room during your session if you wish or your companion is welcome to wait in our waiting room until your treatment has finished.

How long does my treatment last?

A treatment session normally lasts for 30 minutes. If you are a new patient we ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you can complete our registration form.

What should I bring?

As your treatment may involve some exercise, it is advisable that you wear comfortable clothing which allows access to area being treated. We have changing facilities if you require to change. If you are receiving treatment through your health insurance company, it would be helpful if you could provide details such as your registration/ membership number etc.
